Everything you need to launch: a simple rhythm, core tools, and a first-month plan.

2) Weekly Rhythm

  • Gather (60–75 min)
    Open in prayer, share wins & weights, read the Word, discuss, and set one next step.
  • Walk (Mon–Sat)
    Use the Habit Checklist and one Scripture to carry all week.
  • Check-in (mid-week)
    Send a 30-second voice/text: “How can I pray? What step did you take?”

3) First 4 Weeks

Week 1 — Foundation

Set expectations, read Matthew 7:24–27, complete the 7-Lens Lamp Check.

Week 2 — Formation

Romans 12:1–2; identify one habit to start, one to surrender.

Week 3 — Fellowship

Hebrews 10:24–25; each person shares a testimony in 2 minutes.

Week 4 — Faith-in-Action

James 1:22–25; plan a simple serve together (1 hour).

Ongoing

Repeat rhythm. Rotate facilitators. Keep steps small & specific.

4) Simple Discussion Flow

  • Open — Gratitude & prayer (3–5 min)
  • Read — Passage aloud twice (5 min)
  • Reflect — What does this reveal about God? About us? (15–20 min)
  • Respond — One next step, one accountability partner (10 min)
  • Pray — Short, specific prayers (10 min)

How big should a group be?

3–8 is ideal. Big enough for energy, small enough for honesty.

Do I need to be a Bible expert to lead?

No. Keep the Word central, ask good questions, and model obedience.
